Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers; questions and inquiries regarding available products.
- Provide detailed information regarding the brand in a bid to assist customers in making purchasing decision.
- Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and also guide them with the usage of the products as required.
- Encourage customers to make additional purchases to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Ensuring that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
- Scan each item ensuring that the correct price has been displayed and total all items.
- Understands and promotes company programs.
- Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals and quotas.
- Ensures that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
- Performs other assignments as required from the management.

Requirements
Qualification:
- A high school qualification or equivalent MUST. Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
- (13) years previous experience in customer support client services sales or a related field.
- (13) years previous experience in cosmetics and skin care products.
