Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- BIM Management: Lead the implementation management and coordination of BIM processes for architecture engineering and construction projects.
- Modeling and Coordination: Develop and manage 3D models and ensure seamless coordination between architectural structural and MEP disciplines.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams (architects engineers and contractors) to ensure the design intent is realized using BIM tools.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of BIMrelated workflows standards and processes.
- Project Execution: Support the design and construction phases ensuring that all BIM models and data are uptodate and utilized effectively.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance support and training to junior BIM staff and team members.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with external stakeholders clients and contractors to ensure the successful integration of BIM into the project workflow.
- Middle East Project Expertise: Leverage previous experience in Middle Eastern projects to adapt BIM practices and meet regionspecific requirements and regulations.
Key Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working as a BIM Architect in the AEC industry.
- BIM Software Proficiency: Expert in BIM software such as Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and other related tools.
- Middle East Experience: Proven experience in delivering largescale projects in the Middle East region with an understanding of local regulations and project delivery processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Indepth understanding of architectural design principles building systems and construction practices.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve technical issues related to BIM and project coordination.
