You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAn Architect Designer focuses on the creative and technical aspects of designing buildings and structures, combining functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. While architects typically handle the overall design and planning of a project, an architect designer may focus more on the visual and design elements, collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to bring a vision to life.
Responsible for leading teams of every project to ensure the drawings are in good quality in terms of technicality.
Responsible for implementation of the project plan & ensuring that all project deliverables are delivered on time and to required standards and in correspondence with governmental regulations.
Responsible of setting-up the Revit Standard and BIM360 / Autodesk Construction clouds, ensuring all sub-consultants connected to clouds for collaboration.
Responsible of reviewing the drawings, providing sketch construction details,
Creation of 3D architectural sketches and coloured visuals for Concept Presentation.
Utilize necessary physical and digital tools to create initial technical drafts in 2D and 3D. Preparation of 2D measured plans, elevations and sections as well as basic technical details for further development.
Assisting in tender documentation & specification.
Coordinating with a group of multidisciplinary designers, engineers, and architects to deliver exemplary design work, documentation, and reports.
Works closely with Senior Design Manager & Senior Project Director to ensure project is delivered to programme.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in BIM , Revit , Autocad is must
Real estate developer background is Must
10+ Years of experience in High rise building , Villas, Residential Buildings is Must
Conceptual Design: Developing initial design concepts for buildings or spaces based on client needs, functionality, and aesthetic preferences. This includes sketching and presenting ideas in the form of drawings or 3D models.
Design Development: Refining the design concepts by considering practical factors such as budget, materials, and site constraints. This may include creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and interior layouts.
Client Collaboration: Working closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences. Presenting design concepts and making adjustments based on client feedback.
Materials and Finishes Selection: Choosing materials, colors, textures, and finishes that align with the project’s aesthetic and functional goals. This could involve selecting flooring, wall treatments, and other finishes.
Building Codes and Regulations: Ensuring that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
Rendering and Visualization: Creating visual representations of the design using software tools, such as 3D models, renderings, or virtual tours, to help clients and stakeholders understand the final product.
Interior Design: Designing interior spaces, including layout, lighting, furniture, and decor. This aspect focuses on creating functional and visually appealing environments for the end-users.
Sustainability: Incorporating environmentally sustainable elements, such as energy-efficient designs, sustainable materials, and green building practices.
Construction Collaboration: Working with contractors, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that the design is properly executed during the construction phase.
Project Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed design documents, specifications, and reports that will be used throughout the building process.
