We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Ras AlKhaimah United Arab Emirates. This role requires a versatile professional who can excel in both proactive and reactive sales environments driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Ras AlKhaimah market
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries and leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular followups
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report on sales activities
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and track sales progress
- Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
- Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
- Follow up with PostConference reports and review group billings
- Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis
- Prepare reports maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to hotels sales administration process
- Arrange site inspections for potential clients
- Promote positive relations with clients and attend to all requests expediently and courteously
- Acknowledge and handle clients complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities to management
- Upsell and promote hotels facilities and services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of success in both proactive and reactive sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
- Sales certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of local market trends in Ras AlKhaimah and the UAE
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
- Resilient and selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
