- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote secure communication products including chat support and VPN services.
- Manage the companys presence on digital platforms including LinkedIn Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and X (formerly Twitter).
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content such as blogs social media posts and email newsletters.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest datadriven optimizations.
- Assist in organizing and executing events webinars and product launches.
Operations Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operational tasks to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate between teams to streamline workflows and manage project timelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels including marketing materials and product resources.
- Support the onboarding process for new vendors and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and operations preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of secure communications products including VPNs and chat support platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics social media platforms and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration IT or a related field.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or secure communication trends is a plus.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot Salesforce or other marketing and operational platforms is an advantage.
