Job Description

Coordinate daily operational activities in conjunction with the Service delivery support functions & Key Account Manager.
Plan review and oversee operational processes in conjunction with cross functional teams targeting 100% service availability.
Liaise with Abu Dhabi Business Unit management team to ensure an optimum level of service is maintained throughout the Abu Dhabi operations.
Build and maintain strong solid and valuable relationship with the customer on all levels.
Participate in client meetings when required regarding all aspects of the work scope from initial planning phase through to end of project.
Market company s service through effective communications with current and potential clients
Maintain clear communication line between customer and client
Provide technical and administrative interface for all matters related to the Project.
Coordinate and support l the movements of all Field personnel and availability of all required equipment ensuring that all offshore work locations are fully resourced according to contractual levels while ensuring that fluctuations for current and future workload are met.
Ensure the crew changes are planned and executed as per requirements and in timely manner.
Review of daily reports and other reports as required.
Review equipment maintenance reports.
Review reports to recommend changes in system parameters.
Review and coordinate Time sheets for equipment and personnel for provided services.
Complete checks on all timesheets submitted by relevant operations staff ensuring the information logged is accurate before submitting to Finance.
Ensure service tickets are timely singed.
Use company ERP MS NAVISION for all supply chain and logistics activities.
Manage spare parts and equipment inventory.
Timely order of spare parts consumables and other materials to replenish consumed stock offshore.
Assist where appropriate with the compilation of operating procedures and manuals.
Ensure that all operational personnel have the required documentation relating to various relevant worksites.
Ensure good operating practices are followed by all employees through effective communication ensuring compliance with written procedures.

Ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with all relevant client processes and procedures and appropriate control measures are in place.
Set Annual Objectives for subordinates and complete employee performance reviews.
Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Review monitor all Field Assessments completed for offshore operations staff and forward to Regional Training & Competency and HR for records.
Perform regular offshore site Inspections and audits as required.
Plan and assist with the movement of equipment to and from worksites and overseas locations. Liaise with all relevant staff to ensure the safe and timely transportation of equipment.
Assist management team with equipment selection and tracking to ensure equipment procured is technically suitable and cost efficient for client while remaining profitable for Abu Dhabi Business Unit.
Support the development and execution of offshore plant maintenance schedules with engineering department.


Management of Personnel:
Provide support and regularly communicate with the team as required to ensure optimum level of operations are achieved and maintained and expectations are understood.
Determine adequate manning levels for your areas of responsibility to meet the needs of the business.
Liaise with HR Operations Manager for all recruitment and selection requirements discipline and grievance issues and appraisals.
Liaise with HR / Training / Operations Manager to plan training for operational staff to ensure competent performance and that employee personal development is continued in order to meet the changes in the business and operations.
HSEQ and regulatory compliance:
Ensure compliance with all client client job specific and regulatory procedures / legislation.
Communicate manage and maintain high awareness level in respect of HSE targets and objectives.
Responsible for safety performance of operational teams.
Ensure that direct report site supervisors are controlling their projects and working practices safely.
Ensure any safety concerns are addressed with QHSE department and resolved in a timely manner.
Regularly participate in the review of work instructions procedures risk assessments and safety meetings.
Attend safety meetings with QHSE/Client personnel as required.
Regularly conduct site audits to assess quality and health and safety aspects and make recommendations for continued improvements.
Monitor and report status updates for improvements made and share best practices among other working sites.


Requirements

Qualifications / Training (E Essential / P Preferred):
Bachelor s degree in business administration or industrial discipline or equivalent technical qualification with 3 years work experience in related field (E)
Bachelor s/ Master s degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ HSEQ/ Industrial/ Environmental Engineering (P)
Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015 ISO 45001:2018 ISO 14001:2015 & API Spec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 2 years Auditing experience. (P)
PMP Certified with at least 5 years of multiple project and people management experience (P)
Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) (E)
Experience (E Essential / P Preferred):
Minimum 56 years total working experience in Operations Role (with 3 years managing team / in supervisory role) in relevant sector (energy / oil & gas) with an aggregate of 4 year offshore/ islandbased work experience (E).
Minimum of 56 years experience working within oilfield drilling waste industry as related service or process provider (P)
Demonstrate proven experience in organising your own work effectively and setting priorities to meet competing deadlines. (E)
Commitment and strong understanding of the issues surrounding the quality of client service delivery (E)
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and the ability to use business support software (E)
Working knowledge in employee engagement personnel training & competency related subject matter (P)
