Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain and update records logs and directories.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Facility Coordination:
Ensure the reception area is clean organized and welcoming.
Coordinate with facility management for office supplies and maintenance needs.
Customer Interaction:
Address inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma diploma or graduation in a relevant field.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customerfacing role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
