Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Kids Club Attendant. Were looking for an energetic and caring team member to create unforgettable experiences for children in our funfilled Kids Club.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the Kids Club area
- Plan organize and lead activities games and crafts
- Maintain a clean organized and safe environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their childrens experiences
- Respond promptly to childrens needs and concerns
- Assist with checkin and checkout procedures
- Enforce Kids Club rules and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and engaging atmosphere
- Provide basic first aid when necessary
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and execute engaging activities for children of various ages
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Patient and enthusiastic attitude
- Basic understanding of child development and ageappropriate activities
- Knowledge of safety protocols for childcare
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Creative problemsolving skills
