Job Description
- Job Title: Planning Engineer (Civil and Building Work)
- Experience Required: 10 years
- Location: Abu DhabiWestern Region
- Type: Fulltime
- Salary:AED per month
- Joining required: Immediately
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil building and infrastructure work with a proven track record of successful project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and plans for civil building and infrastructure projects
- know term variation claims and delay analysis
- pre tender job and post tender
- preparing baseline
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
- Prepare progress reports and present them to project stakeholders
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Utilize project management software to track and monitor project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning for civil building and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
