Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaker)
Duties include:
Facilitating online application of new members and existing members.
Encodes the membership registration form in the ENP system.
Ensures proper sales invoicing through ENP and manual cash bill.
Ensures receivable payment by members thru cash check credit cards or automatic debits.
Ensures tallied daily sales report submitted to Finance department.
Answer customer questions/inquires and provide information on promos procedure and policies.
Ensure accuracy in order fulfilments and track shipments to provide timely updates to customers.
Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges efficiently.
Facilitate communication between distributors and the company to ensure alignment on promotions and policies.
Participate in company training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Work closely with marketing management teams to support promotional activities and align customer service efforts with company goals.
Adapt customer service approaches to respect and reflect cultural differences in the overseas market.
Provide support in the Bilingual language (English/Mandarin) where applicable ensuring clear communication with customers.
Requirement:
Academic qualification: Diploma and above
Experience is not required as training will be provided
Bilingual in English & Mandarin with good communication skills
Good service attitude proactive and eagerness to learn
Able to work independently and in a team
