Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project schedules budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Oversee daily construction activities onsite to ensure adherence to design specifications quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials equipment and resources necessary for project execution.
- Monitor project expenses track cost variances and assist in maintaining the project budget.
- Maintain and organize project documentation including drawings change orders submittal and RFIs.
- Provide timely solutions to resolve technical and operational challenges during the construction process.
- Prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager highlighting key updates risks and delays.
- Ensure all project deliverables including warranties and asbuilt drawings are completed and handed over to the client on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 56 years of experience in construction project engineering or related roles.
- Strong understanding of construction processes project management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and construction documents.
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in construction project engineering or related roles. Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and contract administration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
