Creative Project Manager

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities, developing strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, compliance, and other departments to understand requirements, facilitate communication, and foster collaboration.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing team workloads and ensuring the availability of necessary skills and expertise.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations, organizational policies, and best practices in cybersecurity.
• Training and Awareness: Facilitate training sessions and awareness programs to enhance the cybersecurity knowledge and skills of team members.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the IT cybersecurity domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications PMP, PRINCE2
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
