Project Specialist

• Project Support: Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and progress reports.
• Tracking Progress: Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that necessary resources are available.
• Resource Management: Help allocate resources effectively and ensure project team members have the necessary tools to succeed.
• Reporting: Prepare regular status reports for project managers and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps.
• Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Agile or Waterfall
• 5 – 8 years of experience in project management or related field
• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
