As an Event Manager for our Hospitality Entertainment & Design Group you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing a wide range of events including highprofile and ticketed gatherings. Your primary objective will be to ensure the success of these events by managing all aspects from conceptualisation to postevent evaluation. Your role will involve strategic planning marketing sales and seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution:
conceptualise plan and execute a variety of events including ticketed events and highprofile gatherings.
Ensure all logistical details are meticulously managed including venue selection catering entertainment and audiovisual requirements
- Ticket Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement effective ticket sales strategies to maximise event revenue.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote and sell tickets through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors partners vendors and key stakeholders.
Ensure their needs are met and that they receive optimal exposure at events.
Create and manage event budgets ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints.
Provide regular financial updates and postevent financial analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies promotional materials and digital campaigns to drive event attendance.
Utilise social media email marketing and other channels to reach target audiences.
Focus on creating exceptional attendee experiences ensuring guest satisfaction and positive feedback.
Implement feedback mechanisms and make improvements based on attendee input.
Conduct postevent evaluations to assess event success gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present event reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager with a track record of successfully organising ticketed events and highprofile gatherings.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with experience in ticket sales and revenue generation.
