- Supports the people operations team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Good Understanding of UAE labour Laws
- Business Partner with Business Unit Heads for daytoday operations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Talent Management which includes onboarding and exit process.
- Plays a part in nurturing a positive working environment and culture.
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system.
- Manage timely and accurate monthly payroll.
- Assist in the administration of the HR policies procedures and programs.
- Assist in the monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and statutory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors in Human Resources
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a HR role.
- HR knowledge with a demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
