Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to oversee the manufacturing process within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line implementing process improvements and optimizing production output. As a Production Engineer you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve production issues implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure efficient production operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality meets industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production output and minimize downtime
- Develop and maintain production documentation and standard operating procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven work experience as a Production Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production optimization techniques
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of industry health and safety standards and regulations
