- Manage the interview process including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Facilitate the interview process ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Promote the company s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor hiring practices and new recruitment strategies.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates industry contacts and professional groups.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on the Food & Beverage and Wellness sectors preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is a plus.
