Job Description
1. Communicate and coordinate across units analyze needs and plan for optimization of work processes.
2. Complete various projects on schedule and with high quality and report project status regularly.
3. Participate in all stages of project execution and analyze any possible risks that may affect the project and business.
4. Write project management and project analysis documents.
5. Effectively communicate data analysis and data transformation to business unit personnel for understanding and strengthening execution capabilities.
6. Work closely with technical staff business department and product department to conduct necessary quality inspections and testing.
7. Define the release plan and schedule and require the release team to execute them.
Skill Requirements
1. Logical and analytical skills high stress tolerance and patience attention to details and logic interpersonal skills business awareness communication skills.
2. Have 3 years or more of java program development experience..
3. Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
4. It is good to understand the project process.
5. It is good to understand the Git and Branch Process.
6. Understand the deployment processCI CD is preferred
7. Proficient in using MS Office Confluence JIRA and Reporting applications is a plus.
8. Good at using Grafana ELK these monitor tools
