Job Description

The Role
As the Finance Manager your goal is to manage and have full responsibility and be accountable for the overall functions of the Finance Department for MENA Assistance (the Company) and its affiliates as well as handling any financial representation as advised by the Managing Director. Prepare Pricing for the companys product and services for new and renewal client contracts. As our Finance Manager your duties and responsibilities generally include: Developing financial strategy and benchmarking results Highlevel financial reporting and analysis Budgeting and Forecasting Cash flow management Treasury Operations Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business Stakeholder management Preparing and managing company VAT and tax returns statements Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice risk management for strategizing and decision making Analyse key financial information to optimize long term planning Costing and Pricing of services contracts and projects Managing Payroll process. Team Management Confidentiality What You Will Do Major Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Analysis Planning and Budgeting Costing and Pricing Audit and Taxation Accounts Receivable Accounts Payables Payroll Verification General Ledger Accounts Team Management Technical Responsibilities

Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance or accounting Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant / Certified Management Accountant Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience Familiarity with SAGE Accounting System Knowledge of general accounting principles Knowledge of relevant accounting software such as Peachtree Sage Tally Quick books etc. Excellent knowledge of Project Accounting and Financial Management techniques Five (5) to Ten (10) years related experience
