Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Microsoft Dynamics ERP Specialist with a CA intermediate qualification to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementation managing maintaining and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics ERP system ensuring it meets the financial and operational needs of the organization. You will collaborate with the finance and operation teams to streamline processes and controls support financial reporting and provide key insights for business decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Implementation and Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system ensuring smooth daily operations and
system performance.
Financial Module Implementation:
Assist in implementing and optimizing the financial modules (GL AP AR FA etc.) in line with accounting standards and business
requirements.
Process Optimization:
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement using ERP functionalities. Recommend solutions that enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical and functional support to finance users and other departments. Assist in delivering training sessions on ERP functionalitiesensuring users understand the system.
Data Integrity:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system. Regularly review and validate data for consistency and compliance with internal controls.
System Upgrades and Integration:
Assist with ERP upgrades integrations with other systems and new module deployments. Ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Troubleshooting:
Identify troubleshoot and resolve ERPrelated issues ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure the ERP system is compliant with financial regulations and standards. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and data.
Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and generate financial reports dashboards and analytics for management. Provide insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.
Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams (Finance Procurement Store & Operations) to understand business needs and align the ERP system accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Intermediate Chartered Accountant (or equivalent accounting qualification).
Experience:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in ERP system management with specific
expertise in Microsoft Dynamics.
Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system configuration and customization.
o Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
o Experience with data analysis reporting tools and financial reporting within ERP systems.
o Knowledge of SQL Power BI or other reporting and database tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
o Detailoriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and accounting
qualifications are highly desirable.
-Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system configuration and customization. -Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles. -Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and financial reporting within ERP systems. -Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting and database tools is a plus.
