Desired candidate profile

• Dual System Payroll Operations For a period of two months post- Fusion Go-Live, payroll processes will be conducted simultaneously in both the legacy HR system and the new Oracle Fusion system.
• The resource will be responsible for executing payroll runs in both systems, performing side-by-side comparisons, and validating data to ensure 100% accuracy.
• This role will involve identifying and resolving any discrepancies between the two systems to maintain payroll integrity.
• Hyper Care Support The initial period following the Oracle Fusion Go-Live will require dedicated Hyper Care support to stabilize the system.
• The resource will manage immediate troubleshooting of payroll-related issues, conduct data validation checks, and ensure alignment with HR policies.
• Responsibilities will include providing on-the-spot solutions for system errors, data migration inconsistencies, and user training support as needed.
  

Hyper Care Support
