Job Description
- Handle daily cash collections and bank deposits.
- Monitor and reconcile cash accounts and petty cash funds.
- Maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
- Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports for management.
- Process payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Prepare payrollrelated reports for management including deductions & benefits.
- Assist with monthend closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with HR regarding employee status changes leave entitlements and other payrollrelated issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee payroll and cash handling information.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in an auditing or finance role preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
