Job Description
- Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and growing the group's operation.
- Experience in planning and managing budgeting and P&L for the group.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in managing budgets and achieving financial objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related
