Hostess - Russian Speaker

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage guest reservations and ensure proper seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to manage table turnovers efficiently.
• Assist in ensuring a smooth and timely flow of service throughout the restaurant.
• Provide guests with menus and information about daily specials or events.
• Handle guest inquiries accommodate special requests and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services as well as local area attractions to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
• Assist in maintain the hotels standards for service excellence. 

Qualifications :

• Fluency in Russian and English
• Previous experience as a hostess preferably in a 5star hotel or luxury restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly outgoing personality with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
