Job Description
Novotel Bur Dubai & Ibis Styles Sharjah looking for dynamic Cluster Chief Accountant
- Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Prepare analyze and interpret financial statements reports and forecasts providing actionable insights into the companys financial performance and trends.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes including the development of annual budgets quarterly forecasts and longterm financial plans to align with strategic goals.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital to ensure efficient financial resource allocation and maintain operational liquidity.
- Provide financial leadership to crossfunctional teams supporting datadriven decisionmaking to enhance business performance and drive strategic growth.
- Collaborate with external auditors tax advisors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Lead mentor and develop the finance team to foster a highperformance culture enabling them to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
