Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager (Female) to join our clients private company in Abu Dhabi.
If you are a dedicated professional with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service this is an exciting opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure highquality service
- Manage and motivate a team of spa professionals
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Stay updated on industry trends and enhance spa offerings
Qualifications:
- 5* hotel experience is preferred.
- Asst. Managers with 23 yrs. experience is welcome to apply.
- Manager with 1 yr. experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments and therapies
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities
