Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure highquality service
• Manage and motivate a team of spa professionals
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
• Monitor financial performance and control costs
• Stay updated on industry trends and enhance spa offerings

Qualifications:

• 5* hotel experience is preferred.
• Asst. Managers with 23 yrs. experience is welcome to apply.
• Manager with 1 yr. experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of spa treatments and therapies
• Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities
