Senior Systems Network Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems & Network Administrator to join our IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure including servers networks and cloudbased systems. This role involves ensuring the reliability performance and security of all IT systems as well as providing support for both onpremises and remote users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of servers network infrastructure storage solutions and virtual environments
• Manage and optimize network performance including troubleshooting connectivity issues configuring routers switches and firewalls and ensuring network security
• Administer Windows/Linux servers including Active Directory DNS DHCP and file servers
• Monitor and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions ensuring data integrity and availability
• Configure maintain and support cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure) and hybrid environments
• Implement and manage network security policies including firewall configurations VPNs IDS/IPS and endpoint protection
• Conduct regular system performance monitoring including patch management software updates and capacity planning
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues providing support to endusers and ensuring minimal downtime
• Maintain and manage virtualization environments such as VMware or HyperV
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT infrastructure processes and procedures
• Lead and participate in IT projects including system upgrades migrations and new technology implementations
• Ensure compliance with IT policies standards and best practices and keep up with the latest technological advancements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems and Network Administrator with a focus on seniorlevel responsibilities
• Strong expertise in managing network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and VPNs
• Handson experience with Windows/Linux server administration Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware HyperV)
• Strong knowledge of network security practices and tools
• Ability to perform system performance tuning capacity planning and disaster recovery planning
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
