Job Description

Augmento is revolutionizing the art world through our cuttingedge augmented reality (AR) platform. Were seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Director to drive our growth and expand our market presence.

Tasks

Were looking for a resultsdriven professional to lead our sales efforts manage campaigns nurture leads and spearhead business development initiatives with deep roots in the art world and a passion for technology.. This remote fulltime position offers the flexibility of freelance work with the potential for longterm engagement.

  1. Develop and execute sales campaigns to attract new clients and partners
  2. Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads converting prospects into clients
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for key projects ensuring client satisfaction
  4. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand Augmentos market reach
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and business development strategies
  7. Negotiate deals and contracts with clients and partners
  8. Report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for strategy refinement
  9. Represent Augmento at industry events and conferences (virtual or inperson)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role ideally within the art gallery or curation space.
  • Strong network of connections in the art world including galleries curators collectors and institutions.
  • Passion for technology with an understanding of AR AI and how these innovations are transforming the art industry.
  • Exceptional dealmaking skills with a track record of closing highvalue deals.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Experience in managing sales campaigns and lead generation initiatives
    Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skillsSelfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Fluent in english and good articulation and pronunciation for seamless communication with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
