You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for lead generation promoting the business concept to potential franchisees and assist in the sales process with identified prospects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to analyse client needs and requirements (e.g. local/national trends and preferences).
generate leads using digital platforms and applications to ensure business meets company targets for brand awareness and new franchise store openings.
use lead generation techniques to identify the best prospects sales.
plan and manage online ad campaigns (e.g. Google Ads/Paid Search (PPC) social ads).
develop and implement social media strategy to improve reach and sales.
research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile social media development of blogs and forums.
design website banners and assist with web visuals.
Identify and analyse main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to clients.
Organise promotional activities for new products/services.
run reports and record leads received.
develop and maintain content on companys portal website.
implement offsite and onsite Search Engine Optimisation activities.
define goals budgets and manage reporting of digital Marketing campaign effectiveness and sales results/return on Marketing investment (ROMI) and report weekly and monthly.
keep up to date with current digital trends.
Such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post.
