Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance for various projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in supervising electrical works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the installation testing and maintenance of electrical systems including power distribution lighting and wiring
- Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in compliance with local codes regulations and safety standards
- Lead and direct a team of electricians and subcontractors providing clear instructions and support
- Inspect electrical installations troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain highquality work
- Monitor project schedules and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely completion of electrical work
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports including work progress material usage and any challenges encountered onsite
- Conduct safety assessments and ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment
- Communicate effectively with project managers engineers and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment and manage the requisition of materials
- Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor preferably in the UAE or GCC region
- Diploma or relevant technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation processes and safety standards
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams on construction or industrial sites
- Experience in inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems
- UAE Driving License is required
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle pressure in fastpaced environments
- Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects in the UAE or GCC
- Certifications in electrical safety or other relevant areas
