Fire Alarm Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate fire fighting and fire alarm activities on site
• Inspect fire safety equipment and systems regularly to ensure they are in proper working condition
• Train and mentor team members on fire safety protocols and procedures
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and lead firefighting efforts
• Maintain accurate records of fire incidents and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in fire safety
• Manage inventory of firefighting equipment and supplies
• Provide timely reports and updates to management on fire safety measures and incidents
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Technical Trade certificate in Electrical /Electronics or Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in fire fighting and fire alarm supervision
• Strong technical skills in operating fire safety equipment and systems
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Physical fitness and agility to perform firefighting duties
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations
