Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the field. As a Senior Structural Engineer you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the structural design and analysis of various construction projects. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and architects to ensure that all structural components meet safety and quality standards. Additionally you will be involved in conducting site visits preparing engineering reports and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD Revit or SAP2000
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven track record of successfully completed construction projects
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
