Logistics Coordinator - Danube Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and track shipments ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping costs and routes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics inquiries from clients and internal departments.
• Collaborate with suppliers vendors and customers to address any logistical issues
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: From AED2500.00 per month
