Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping inventory and supply chain operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics transportation and warehouse coordination ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods while optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations including shipping transportation and delivery schedules.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels stock movements and warehouse coordination.
- Handle import/export documentation customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate with suppliers freight forwarders and shipping companies for efficient logistics management.
- Optimize logistics costs and identify costsaving opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance providing reports and updates.
- Ensure proper packaging labeling and handling of goods.
- Address delivery delays damages and customer concerns proactively.
- Maintain accurate logistics records invoices and system entries.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in logistics coordination (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding shipping procedures and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and logistics software (SAP Oracle or similar).
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple shipments.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE driving license is a plus.
