Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent discipline along with a Master’s in Business Administration, Organization development Having 5- 6 years’ experience within the domain, including experience in Oil & Gas providing organizational development and internal consultation in a complex organization. Excellent knowledge of technical Software applications & workflows Certification in Change Management such as Prosci , ACMP or equivalent. Strong understanding of change management principles, odologies and tools. Excellent leadership and project management ss. Proficient in English.
