Job Description

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team in the Food and Sweets industry based in Abu Dhabi UAE. The ideal candidate will have a pion for sales and a deep understanding of the Horeca (Hotels Restaurants and Catering) sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth build relationships with clients and showcase our premium products in the vibrant food service market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the Horeca sector. Identify and target key clients in the hospitality industry including hotels restaurants and catering companies. Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Present and promote our range of food and sweet products to potential clients highlighting their unique features and benefits. Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring mutual satisfaction and longterm partnerships. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Horeca sector. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management outlining progress forecasts and market insights. Attend industry events trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the Horeca or food industry with a strong understanding of the market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with a talent for building relationships and negotiating effectively. Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities. Strong organizational ss and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Willingness to travel within the UAE to meet clients and attend industry events.
