Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality (DM) approved license for G12 buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects for G12 buildings.
- Ensure compliance with DM regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Project Manager architects and contractors.
- Prepare and review project designs plans and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice.
Requirements:
- Valid DM approved license for G12 buildings.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Only candidates with a Dubai Municipality (DM) approved license for G12 buildings should apply.
