Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, digital banking platforms, and user experience principles
- Proven experience in banking, digital platforms, and staff portals.
- Expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web application development.
