Minimum of 10 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Experience with client onboarding processes and digital transformation projects is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are advantageous.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Questioning techniques to gather information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all the stakeholder’s needs, and the ability to ask questions that lead to an understanding of the business need rather than what they want.
Knowledge
Understanding of corporate banking products and services.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
