Job Description


  • Manage all administrative and financial tasks including the preparation and maintenance of project accounts receipt of claims management of staff attendance records (all categories) and vehicle management
  • Trace and optimize the administrative management and accounting monitoring procedure
  • Develop monitoring tables to guide the decisions of the various operational directors
  • Manage cash flow and take care of purchasing and budget management
  • Accounting monitoring and updating
  • Preparation of tax and parafiscal declarations
  • Preparation of forecast budgets
  • Preparation of tax balance sheet
  • Recovery monitoring
  • Administrative followup
  • Personnel management
  • Manage relationships with banks as well as internal and external partners.

Job Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an Administrative and Financial Manager
  • Masters degree in economics or management accounting studies or corporate finance
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to analyze various files
  • Be proactive and pragmatic
  • Have a spirit of initiative be honest precise and autonomous
  • Have a perfect command of accounting and management software
