Bar Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Bar Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Manage and lead bar staff, fostering a cohesive team environment through effective training and development initiatives.
• Maintain current liquor licenses and proactively identify and contact potential suppliers for procurement needs.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality beverages and promptly addressing guest inquiries, comments, and suggestions with professionalism and creativity.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback, implementing necessary improvements to enhance overall guest experience.
• Maintain precise inventory records, consistently ensuring optimal stock levels through timely ordering of supplies and beverages.
• Implement rigorous inventory control measures to minimize waste and shrinkage, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and execute strategic cost-control measures to maximize profitability without compromising service standards.
• Monitor expenses and revenue closely, preparing comprehensive reports for management on a regular basis.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost sales and revenue through innovative promotions and targeted marketing initiatives.
