In this role you will be responsible for supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
Generate daily sales and stock reports and distribute them to all sales teams and managers.
Process daily sales orders and returns promptly while maintaining complete records of all transactions.
Assist in sales promotion and tracking initiatives.
Process expense purchase orders (PO) based on sales requests.
Handle sample and copacking requests efficiently.
Ensure proper coordination with all internal departments including accounts and warehouse to maintain seamless workflow (e.g. order picking account creation).
Enter returns uplift forms and coordinate with the logistics team following up on deliveries as needed.
Skills Experience and Qualification:
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordinator role in FMCG.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Technical skills include intermediatelevel analysis and proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
