You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support the Management Team and manage household staff. This role will manage diaries, organize meetings, appointments, booking travels, reminding the management team of important tasks and deadlines, coordinating agendas, manage documents and handling all correspondence.
The successful candidate must have experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role for + 2 years; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively and discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is mandatory for this role and Russian language skills is a must. Our client has a preference for candidates with a maximum of 10 years of experience.
