Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a high-performing team of sales, advertising, and partnership professionals.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities including advertising sales, subscription models, content licensing, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, advertisers, agencies, and partners to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform revenue strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align revenue initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize revenue streams.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Develop and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration within the revenue organization.
