Actively address outstanding exceptions in transactions, client requests, and other issues on a daily basis through monitoring and process implementation.
Seek guidance from Compliance when necessary to resolve client or departmental inquiries or concerns.
Report any issues or control breakdowns to the Operations Manager, Compliance, and IT as appropriate.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and process information for transaction processing in all asset classes within Operations.
Assist in providing training on the transaction processing system and ensure documentation and maintenance of relevant policies and procedures.
