Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading insurance company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead their retail motor underwriting team driving operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Lead and manage the motor retail underwriting team ensuring they are welltrained and capable of meeting performance objectives effectively.
Develop and implement underwriting guidelines and policies for motor insurance products aligning them with company standards and market demands.
Work closely with the actuarial team to ensure motor insurance products are accurately priced and competitive in the market.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure motor insurance offerings remain compliant and competitive.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including brokers sales teams and clients to support business growth.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Insurance Business Administration or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in motor insurance underwriting with strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Familiarity with the UAE insurance regulatory environment is advantageous.
