Job Description
- Collaborate with the Cluster Commercial Director to design and implement visionary sales strategies that enhance our corporate market presence and drive significant revenue growth.
- Curate and nurture relationships with top-tier corporate clients, including key accounts and influential decision-makers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and engage new corporate accounts and business opportunities through strategic outreach and sophisticated lead generation techniques.
- Analyse sales performance data, prepare insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations to continually refine and elevate our sales approach.
- Collaborate with our dedicated events team to flawlessly orchestrate high-profile corporate meetings, conferences, and exclusive events hosted at our luxurious property.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Mentor and inspire sales team members, offering guidance and motivation to achieve and surpass collective objectives.
