Waiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly welcoming manner.
  
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  
• Ensure timely service of orders and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience.
  
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items as appropriate.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables dining areas and service stations.
  
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently escalating as necessary.
  
• Process payments and ensure the proper handling of cash and card transactions.
  
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  
• Assist in maintaining stock levels including cutlery crockery and condiments.
  
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
