Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading interior fitout contractor that delivers comprehensive turnkey solutions across Commercial Hospitality Leisure Retail and Residential sectors. We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive (Native English Speaker) to help grow the business by identifying and engaging with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls emails and social platforms qualifying leads based on specific criteria.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools to track and nurture leads.
Effectively communicate the value of the services to prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and product demos between leads and the sales team.
Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff leads and provide insights on client needs.
Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and meeting targets.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to position the services better.
Requirements
25 years of experience in sales or customerfacing roles ideally in a B2B environment though B2C experience is also welcome.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
Selfmotivated goaldriven adaptable and able to work independently or within a team.
